The Wednesday group have been enjoying coffee and a visit every Wednesday from 10 to 12.
Smear players spend every Tuesday and Friday afternoon honing their skills to compete in a tournament every third Friday afternoon. We take turns bringing snacks which is always a treat. Our October tournament hosted 24 players, with some from as far away as Saskatchewan. We always enjoy meeting new players.
Wednesday art studio has morphed into a craft afternoon. We welcome Lisa Donahue who will be taking over for Rebecca. Lisa has unlimited creative ideas and artistic talent to share. Activities start at 1 p.m.
Now that cooler weather is here people are talking about watching curling on tv. We are hoping to get a couple teams who would like to come out one evening a week to enjoy indoor curling on our curling shuffleboard. We also have an assortment of game boards for those who might want to spend some time with friends away from their phones.
Our regular monthly meetings are scheduled for the first Wednesday of each month (except for November, which will be November 8). Come out, share your ideas and enjoy the company of others.
